Are you 16-24 years old and looking for mentoriship and coaching to connect to your educational or work opportunity? We've got you! Reconcile's paid workforce training program supports young people as they earn industry credentials, explore career and educational pathways that suit individual abilities, and experience real-world, on the job training in our training restaurant, Cafe Reconcile. To help you along the way, Reconcile will work with you to address any barriers - like housing, health care, identification or transportation - to make sure nothing holds you back after pursuing your dreams.
