Wellness for Providers

In our primary mission, we teach yoga and mindfulness classes to system impacted youth. We have cultivated years of expertise delivering healing-focused and trauma-sensitive modalities.

Over the years we have noted a need to support those folks doing the work in our community partner organizations, schools and businesses. We hear the call for our unique wellness services and now provide our yoga and mindfulness classes to a wide range of organizations and providers.

We can customize a series of classes to meet your unique needs and deliver classes to your school, office, private group, or retreat and conferences.
