2025-2026 Scholarship Application

Winston Rhea Scholars is excited to announce that applications are now open until February 28th, 2025 to apply to become a Winston Rhea Scholar for the 2025-2026 school year!

Winston Rhea is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that assist current an former foster youth as they are aging out of care. Each year, two scholars are selected for a four year program where they receive funding, mentorship, access to mental health services, career readiness, living skills, and a community of current/former foster youth going through the same transition. There is no GPA requirement to apply. To apply, you must be under the age of 24 years old and have spent at least one semester in high school in the foster care system.
