Description
Starting March 10th, we will offer free online mindfulness experiences for prenatal, pregnant, and postpartum people. This is a chance to reduce stress, promote better sleep, relaxation and connection to your little one. Sessions will be camer off and 20 minutes in legnth. There are 4 sessions a week at the following times:
Mondays at 12pm CDT
Tuesdays and Saturdays at 7am CDT
Sundays at 4pm CDT
All experiences are free of charge. Donations accepted from anyone 25 or older.

YEAH! YOGA
YEAH! YOGA is a sports-based youth development non-profit, sharing the tools of evidence-based yoga and DBT-informed mindfulness. Our classes serve New Orleans' youth impacted by the carceral system.
