Attention, STEM Advocates, Youth Advocates, future Educators and future Scientists! Are you ready for an exciting summer filled with exploration, creativity, and fun? STEM Heads Lab is thrilled to invite all volunteers 16 years old and up to join us for our Summer STEM Camp 2025!

At STEM Heads, volunteers will assist campers to dive into hands-on activities that spark curiosity and foster a love for science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM). Our engaging learning objectives are designed to build foundational knowledge while developing practical skills in various STEM fields.

What to Expect:

  • Campers age 5 - 12 years old participating in Exciting STEM Activities: Explore chemistry, biology, robotics, and more!

  • Hands-On Learning: Guide experiments and projects to make learning fun.

  • Creative Exploration: Assist with designing and creating solutions to real-world problems.

  • Social Fun: Network with other volunteers during outdoor activities with campers and staff!

Camp Details:

Dates: Multiple sessions available from June 9th to July 25th

Location: NORDC Recreation Center at Joe W. Brown Park, Eastern New Orleans

We are a fun K-12th grade science and engineering group in New Orleans! STEM Heads is a woman-operated STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) Education and Youth Empowerment organization in New Orleans. We purport to support equitable potential for boys and girls to create economic independence by helping school-aged students to build a strong foundation in STEM education.
