Description
We offer holistic, world-class arts programming to any child who wants to learn—regardless of ability to pay. Students ages 8-18 are eligible for fall, spring, and summer sessions at just $30 per student per session. We offer scholarships to support students facing challenges, guaranteeing all kids have access to a high-quality music education. Our students have access to an exceptional music education program as well as music technology training, our "Healthy Habits" wellness initiative, and academic enrichment support, as well as many other benefits!
Our youth music education program offers after-school programming and Saturday morning classes during the school year and a 6-week day camp during the summer for students ages 8 to 18. All students learn piano and music theory in addition to instruction in a primary instrument/discipline of their choice (with instruments and technology provided by the program). Areas of study include strings, percussion, bass, guitar, brass, woodwinds, dance, vocals, and music production.
As part of our commitment to nurturing students’ overall well-being, the Center offers wrap-around services. Through our "Healthy Habits" initiative, students can access behavioral and mental health counseling as well as nutritious meals and snacks that contribute to their mental and physical wellness. Within our academic enrichment program, we offer educator-led homework assistance throughout the school year and engage students in reading and math activities during the summer to ensure their readiness for the upcoming school year.
